Rain Dance

While working in North Korea Michel Rainville did a little independent snooping on some of their Top Secret Defense projects, he hit the jackpot. It appears that North Korea for whatever reason has built a network of zero-point mass conduits, or transporters , that span the globe!

Rainville had no idea what the North Korean’s were doing with them but he had a few ideas of his own. He was fresh off a trip from Afghanistan where he hooked up with an Afghan Warlord named Zmarak who had too much Heroin on his hands. After the fall of the Taleban there was no one to enforce the ban on poppies fields. Zmarak grew as much product as he could handle all he needed was a network to distribute it. Rainville was looking at that network.

He stole the blueprints for the transporter device and returned to Afghanistan with an offer Zmarak couldn’t refuse. Secrecy was paramount. They used whatever materials the could get their hands on and went through a lot of scientists and prototypes before they got it right. Zmarak would have the only transmitter and Rainville set up a number of receivers all over the globe. Even one in Montreal.

Michel Rainville had made it. He was making more money then he ever had and even set up his own little team he dubbed the "Rainmen". General Zmarak outfitted his troops with state of the art equipment and his ranks swelled with new recruits. Ever since this new partnership Zmarak spends his evenings holding hands and dancing up a storm with the men as the covered women look on in joyous servitude. Good times. Good times…
